The Credit Risk Advisory team provides oversight of changes in the loan level information by identifying discrepancies in servicer reports.

Using our proprietary system we verify loan data provided by the servicer, generate default reporting exception reports, and track non-performing loans in order to monitor the servicers’ actions and identify timeline or reporting inconsistencies. If a loan is charged off, we provide the recovery vendor oversight to improve loss recovery.
